Provide support in the Talent Acquisition area to ensure an effective recruitment process. This role aims to assist in job postings, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and participating in the organization of recruitment events, offering comprehensive support to the recruitment team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in posting job offers on various platforms and social networks.
 - Collaborate in reviewing and filtering resumes and job applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
 - Participate in coordinating and scheduling interviews with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth experience.
 - Help in the creation and constant updating of candidate and contact databases, keeping information organized and accessible.
 - Assist in the organization and execution of job fairs and other recruitment events, contributing to the attraction of new talent.
 - Collaborate in tracking the selection process and managing continuous communication with candidates, providing timely and clear information.
 - Provide general administrative support to the Talent Attraction team, including any assigned tasks that may arise in the area
