What Are We Looking for?

A Head of Operations / General Manager to help in leading one of our biggest and most beautiful Dreamer locations -

Dreamer Beach Club (San Andres)

. This person will have a direct line to the Dreamer ownership and will have a big opportunity to shape the operations of the company as well as room for professional growth. This person will have a unique entrepreneurial spirit as well as in-depth understanding of all aspects of hotel operations. We are looking for someone who will take pride in their property and strive for continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Attributes

The ability to supervise and lead the daily operations of the hotel departments : reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Highly effective communication skills - with guests, staff, and other company leaders

Teamwork and Collaboration - skilled at motivating their team, delegating tasks, providing guidance, promoting teamwork and handle conflicts effectively

Highly organized with the ability to delegate appropriately and multitask effectively.

Strong operational skills to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel while handling unexpected situations calmly

Decisive and skilled at problem-solving. The ability to analyze situations, weigh options, and make sound decisions, sometimes under pressure
