Descripción del empleo

Se requiere profesional con experiencia mínima de 5 años en procesos de capacitación y desarrollo de personal. Preferiblemente que tenga experiencia comprobada en multinacionales. El profesional debe tener capacidades para la estructuración y ejecución del plan de capacitación corporativo, planes de desarrollo y sucesión. Se requiere una persona con alto nivel de comunicación, asertividad y servicio al cliente, con disponibilidad de viajes.

Requisitos

Profesional en carreras administrativas y afines con Recursos Humanos
Preferencia con especialización en talento humano y dominio moderado de inglés, leído y escrito
