What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally within the software consultancy, IT services, or professional services industries.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Solid expertise in transfer pricing, foreign currency management, and subsidiary-level financial oversight.
• Deep understanding of Colombian GAAP and familiarity with international accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software, including Google Sheets, Siigo, QuickBooks, and similar systems.
• Proven experience managing and overseeing monthly payroll processes, with a strong track record of accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• Residency in Barranquilla, Colombia is required.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
