Work Experience - 2 years in similar role. Skills And Knowledge - Ability to work quickly and accurately under time and volume constraints as well as under pressure. - Great interpersonal skills. - Great analytical capacity. - Great organizational skills and attention to detail. - Computer skills. - Knowledge and management of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Be able to take initiatives and assume responsibilities. - Ability to quickly and creatively solve customer problems to improve customer satisfaction. - Knowledge of SAP.
