Descripción del trabajo5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects. 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js). Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems is essential. Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is a plus. Proven experience launching successful products. Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams. About the job
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide development efforts on a project. This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success and steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed.
Strong understanding of Node.js development and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential. The role involves adapting to a modular development pattern and building on top of the Holepunch peer-to-peer stack for our projects. Prior experience with peer-to-peer stacks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee and plan day-to-day development activities.
- Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
- Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.
- Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.
- Drive improvements in process and practices.
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
