Overview

Head of Product - Remote Work role at BairesDev (through WinDifferent). We are looking for a Head of Product to oversee the content generation for cold email outreach campaigns and to coordinate teams, ensuring successful product delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Prioritize and detail business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage the product team responsible for content generation in our email outreach campaigns.
  • Accompany deployments and assure quality across all product releases.
  • Interact with other teams and management to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Propose improvements and resolve technical debt to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in senior product or engineering leadership roles.
  • Experience managing multiple products and / or teams.
  • Technical background in software development.
  • Advanced level of English.
