Our client is building the next generation of intelligent sales enablement tools for insurance agents — an AI-driven platform that automates marketing, lead nurturing, case prep, compliance workflows, prospecting, CRM updates, content generation, and personalized agent dashboards.

Requirements

• Strong Python experience (FastAPI, async, tool functions, structured outputs).
• Experience with LLMs : OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, ReAct, RAG, transformers.
• Experience building real agentic workflows, not just prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• Vector DB experience (Pinecone, Qdrant, PGVector, Chroma).
• Comfortable integrating complex APIs, authentication flows, and compliance handling.
• Strong architectural instincts for secure, multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Experience with Postgres, BigQuery, Redis, and message queues.
