ABOUT THE ROLE

We / 're looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our elite consulting team. You / 'll work on diverse internal R&D initiatives and high-stakes client projects, delivering production-ready AI systems that solve real business problems. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. You / 'll architect solutions, lead implementation, and present to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for clients across various industries and use cases;
• Build sophisticated LLM applications using RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows;
• Develop custom ML models for client-specific challenges including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics;
• Independently assess, clean, and engineer features from complex, messy datasets;
• Own the complete data pipeline from ingestion through model training and deployment;
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with client stakeholders;
• Present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive leadership and technical teams;
• Mentor junior engineers and establish AI / ML best practices across client engagements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders;
• Contribute to internal R&D initiatives and thought leadership in AI / ML.
