Responsibilities

• Provide first class remote and on-site support to Premium customers.
• Solving technical problems.
• Technical optimization of solution operation.
• Improvement of system availability and stability.
• Onsite support in critical customer situations.
• Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects.
• Backoffice support for onsite service delivery.
• Availability to travel around 20% of the time.
• Increase overall customer satisfaction.
• Act on escalated customers to bring their businesses to normal operations.
• Willingness to expand technical skills to Big Data, Data Intelligence & Analytics Architecture.
• Reduce customer / 's TCO by SAP Premium Services Delivery.
