Vylit is looking for a Social Media Lead who lives and breathes the internet. Someone who can spot a meme before it blows up, knows how to turn community energy into content, and isn’t afraid to experiment in the wild. You’ll be the voice of Vylit online — shaping how we show up on TikTok, Instagram, X, and the platforms we haven’t even heard of yet. Strategy + creativity + a little chaos energy = your happy place.

Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Set the vibe → Build and run our social strategy so Vylit always feels fresh, relevant, and unmissable.
  • Make cool stuff → Write, edit, film, and publish content that people actually want to engage with. (Think memes, trends, videos, stories, community shoutouts.)
  • Be the voice → Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions with personality. Keep our community feeling heard, included, and hyped.
  • Read the room → Track performance, test what works, and tweak fast. Use data to back your instincts.
  • Run campaigns → Launch social campaigns (organic + paid via agency) that drive awareness, sign-ups, and good vibes.
  • Tap into creators → Partner with creators and rising voices to extend our reach and credibility.
  • Play nice across teams → Social is always part of the bigger picture and we need someone who knows how to keep the channels open.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of running social for a brand, platform, or agency.
  • A track record of building online communities people actually care about.
  • Fluency in internet culture, Gen Z humor, and creator-economy vibes.
  • Strong writing skills and an eye for visuals / short-form video.
  • Comfort with tools like Canva, Figma, Midjourney, Sora etc
  • Data-curious : you know how to read the numbers and pivot quickly.
  • Self-starter energy — you don’t wait to be told what to do.

  • Experience with influencer collabs or creator partnerships.
  • Startup or social platform background.
