We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an ERP Consultant (Odoo). We are looking for motivated self-starters to join our team and help us achieve our growth and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements; design ERP solutions aligned with organizational processes
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (e.g. Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, Manufacturing) to meet business needs
• Lead application testing and validation, ensuring solutions meet functional and quality standards
• Support the implementation of new functionalities, workflows, and process improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams to specify and validate custom developments or integrations
• Document, replicate, and resolve ERP incidents; escalate complex issues as needed
• Maintain and update system documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials
• Validate and migrate data; build reports, dashboards, and queries to support decision-making
• Provide training, workshops, and tutorials to end users, ensuring effective system adoption
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
