About the Team / Role

The team supports global standardization projects, aligns customer service operations workflows, and coordinates training with key stakeholders such as service delivery and operations. It also supports global implementation of systems and processes, conducts opportunity analysis on operational SOPs and system features, and participates in global system‑related projects.
