Overview

Hi there! We are South and our client is looking for an AI Solutions Architect !

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of our member-facing chatbot. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical execution, helping us leverage our rich content library to deliver a seamless, intelligent, and engaging chatbot experience for our members.

The ideal candidate is someone who can not only shape the roadmap and architecture of our AI solutions but also build and deploy them, working across teams to bring ideas into production.

Responsibilities

Define the AI chatbot strategy aligned with business goals and member needs.
Design the technical architecture for conversational AI, including integrations with existing systems and content.
Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., LangChain, Rasa, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, etc.).
Build, fine-tune, and deploy NLP / LLM-powered chatbot solutions.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure scalability and usability.
Establish best practices for AI model governance, testing, and iteration.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, conversational AI, and generative AI.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering or solutions architecture.

Strong expertise with NLP, LLMs, and chatbot frameworks.

Proficiency with Python and common AI / ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).

Experience integrating AI systems into web / mobile applications.

Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment pipelines.

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Nice to Have

Background in product management or working closely with product / design teams.

Prior work in membership-based platforms or content-rich organizations.

Schedule

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST

Compensation : starting at $4,500 USD / month (base), with potential for more depending on experience
