• Your role at Clorox :
• Sumaremos a nuestro equipo un Production Service Analyst, quien será responsable de acompañar la transferencia técnica en nuevos proyectos, participar activamente en la ejecución de iniciativas y brindar soporte técnico frente a problemas de manufactura. También tendrá a su cargo la identificación e implementación de proyectos de ahorro de costos y aseguramiento de suministro, actuando como enlace entre manufactura, Supply Chain, Project Management y R&D en lanzamientos y nuevos productos. Sus tareas incluirán pruebas en línea de producción, soporte a envíos de prueba, inspección de productos y realización de análisis químicos cuando sea requerido
• In this role, you will :
• En esta posición tendrás la oportunidad de :
• Participar en el lanzamiento de nuevas iniciativas, coordinando calificaciones de planta, órdenes experimentales y reuniones clave, siguiendo los procesos de Production Services LATAM.
• Colaborar y, según tu experiencia, liderar proyectos de distinta complejidad.
• Crear y mantener la Bill of Materials (EBOM’s) de nuevos productos, además de gestionar información técnica en SAP -PLM-
• Dar soporte en análisis de factibilidad técnica para proyectos estratégicos.
• Gestionar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de Tech Transfer, Development Trials (DT) pruebas de desarrollo de productos y Manufacturing Readiness Trials (MRT) pruebas de preparación de manufactura, asegurando que los productos estén listos para su producción a escala y cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
• Ser el nexo principal entre Manufactura, Supply Chain y R&D para garantizar el éxito en lanzamientos de nuevos productos.
• Calificar procesos de co-packing y participar en el desarrollo de packs promocionales e iniciativas innovadoras.#LI-ONSITE
• What we look for :
• Buscamos profesionales o experiencia laboral equivalente en Química, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o Química Farmacéutica con experiencia de mínima de 1 año en proyectos, empaque / procesamiento o trabajo técnico (laboratorio, pruebas, aseguramiento de calidad, etc.).Valoramos personas con habilidad para trabajar en equipo, organizarse, tomar decisiones y adaptarse a distintos desafíos, que puedan manejar múltiples tareas de manera efectiva y con enfoque práctico.Es necesario contar con manejo de Microsoft Office, se valoran conocimientos en SAP, Microsoft Project (o herrmanientas de administración de proyectos) e inglés intermedio.##
