, this role plays a vital part in VOC's mission to deliver reliable, efficient, and compliant logistics solutions.
You’ll be directly involved in managing schedules, coordinating with drivers and U.S.-based managers, and ensuring our Transportation Management System (TMS) reflects accurate, actionable data that supports VOC's performance metrics and growth.
Responsibilities
Manage drivers' daily and weekly work shift assignments for all assigned loads.Plan 100% of upcoming weekly schedules and approximately 15% of mid-week or last-minute changes.Coordinate regularly scheduled loads and extra trips requested by customers for assigned locations, terminals, or accounts.Conduct a high volume of phone calls with drivers to ensure clarity and execution of assigned shifts.Maintain schedule accuracy within the TMS to ensure assignments are correct before, during, and after loads.Coordinate with U.S.-based managers to ensure equipment availability, driver performance, and compliance with Payroll, U.S. Labor Laws, and Hours of Service regulations.Communicate challenges that impact scheduling effectiveness or customer satisfaction.Stay aware of customer needs, contractual obligations, and operational changes to adjust shifts as needed.Collaborate with other members of the Dispatch Department to ensure effective scheduling strategies and strong customer satisfaction.Requirements

International Logistics Coordinator
to support real-time visibility and compliance for U.S.-based over-the-road shipments. Based in our Colombia control center, this role is responsible for monitoring GPS-enabled freight, identifying operational risks or delays, and ensuring timely communication with key stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in maintaining on-time delivery, reducing exception costs, and supporting secure, compliant transportation activity across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor live GPS dashboards for ground shipments across the U.S.Document all interactions in the appropriate systems with accuracy and attention to detail.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.Follow company guidelines and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.Required Qualifications :
