Reporting to the COO, this role oversees complex projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and goals stay aligned. In addition to traditional project management, the position involves product-focused responsibilities such as defining requirements, collaborating with development teams, and supporting the evolution of digital learning products. The adecuado candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with a practical understanding of technology and user experience. This remote position operates on Pacific Time Zone hours.Responsibilities : - Represent the office of the COO.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, set deadlines, assign tasks, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.- Ensure optimal utilization of time and resources.- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.- Coordinate with different vendors, internal teams (marketing, content, compliance, etc.), and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives.- Identify resource needs, manage project teams, and allocate tasks efficiently to ensure optimal productivity.- Anticipate potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders / executives, outlining key milestones, challenges, and progress.- Continuously evaluate project workflows and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and outcomes, including process reengineering and compliance improvement initiatives.- Apply process engineering methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance project execution.- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and apply improvements to future projects.Qualifications & Experience : - 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time.- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, or similar) for task scheduling, tracking, resource allocation, and reporting.- Knowledge of process engineering or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or similar).- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving efficiency and outcomes.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively.- Familiarity with IT systems and technical workflows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and stakeholders.- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring even the smallest details are not overlooked.- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams and build positive relationships across departments.- Bachelor's degree.- Strong management and interpersonal skills.Bonus Points if you have : - PMP or other project management certifications.- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques to enhance project workflows.- Experience in designing and implementing scalable processes for growing organizations.- A degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.If you are a Senior Project Manager with a passion for online education and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, we encourage you to apply.
