Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Lifestyle Partnership Manager to join our SSA (Spanish Speaking Americas) team, based in Bogotá. This is a unique, hands-on role covering all aspects of Lifestyle partnerships : Dining, Entertainment, Retail, and Experiences. As the only Lifestyle Partnership Manager in Bogotá, you will operate as a generalist, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-quality partnerships, as well as supporting the planning and execution of initiatives across SSA.
The role requires versatility : curating and contracting premium restaurants, developing retail and entertainment propositions, and delivering engaging lifestyle activations. You will contribute to building a strong and diverse portfolio of benefits that drive engagement and satisfaction among members while meeting client expectations. You will also act as the key point of contact for SSA in Bogotá, collaborating with colleagues in Mexico, Brazil, and globally to align delivery and strategy.
You will always be thinking ahead, being innovative and creative with identifying new ideas and suppliers, ensuring that you are playing an active part in developing our Global Proposition Strategy.
