At CGI, we are hiring a QA Tester with a focus on Oracle EBS to work on an international project.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Conversational English (B2 or higher).
  • 7+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR).
  • Proven experience in test automation using Selenium, UFT, Oracle ATS, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
  • Experience with Zephyr for test management and JIRA for defect tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute functional testing for Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR).
  • Define and document the testing scope by analyzing business and functional requirements, identifying high-risk areas, and determining in-scope and out-of-scope items.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, UFT, Oracle ATS, or TOSCA.
  • Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test data for both manual and automated testing.
  • Conduct regression, integration, and system testing across Oracle EBS environments.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using Zephyr integrated with JIRA.
  • Estimate testing effort and support resource planning based on defined scope.
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
  • Participate in release planning, smoke testing, and production validation activities.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with TOSCA for test automation.
  • Experience with Opkey is a plus.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI / CD pipelines.
  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

    • Complementary Skills :

  • We are seeking a highly experienced QA Tester contractor with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules and strong capabilities in both functional and automated testing.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Oracle Financials, quality engineering best practices, and hands-on experience with automation tools, with a preference for TOSCA.
