Kenvue is recruiting for a permanent, full-time Master Data Workstream Lead for Business Partner Domains. The role focuses on ensuring the integrity and high quality of master data across the global supply chain, and on harmonizing and optimizing the Master Data department processes, working with cross-functional teams including IT. Location : Hybrid in Asia Pacific, India, Karnataka, Bangalore.
What You Will Do
Our Master Data Management Program team seeks a proactive, detailed-oriented candidate to lead the Business Partner Domain in Master Data Workstreams. You will establish, integrate and maintain data standards, processes, and the Master Data Governance tool (SAP MDG) and other systems for Vendor and Customer Master Data management supporting Kenvue’s Business Units globally. You will facilitate standardization and automation of Master Data Management processes, ensure proper implementation in ERP systems, coordinate digital transformation initiatives, provide technical expertise to define strategies, support Master Data operations goals, and guide business users. You will work closely with Global stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, Sales, Treasury, IT and Process Management to ensure business continuity and efficient processes and participate in projects across multiple functions and regions for continuous data management improvement.
This is a permanent, full-time position. You will work with teams to enhance the utilization of tools and systems while guiding business users in all relevant aspects.
Your Tasks
- Offer technical expertise to support Customer & Vendor Master Data Management, implement Master Data Governance in SAP MDG and migrations to SAP S4HANA
- Manage regional releases and process implementations requiring strong business knowledge; lead efforts to drive digital transformation
- Serve as a subject matter expert for content, processes and procedures related to SAP modules
- Research and provide guidance on complex master data elements and the business / process know-how to the team on tools and system utilization
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on IT solutions and processes and liaise with external providers
- Act as the primary point of contact for Master Data Management requirements gathering and grooming; contribute to defining roles and authorizations in related systems
- Provide second-level support during hypercare and help triage and troubleshoot issues during / after go-lives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through innovative or existing technologies
Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
