Sr. Manager Agile Delivery Lead

At ScotiaTech we want you to be part of a team that is always in personal and professional growth. We are looking for our new Sr. Manager Agile Delivery Lead.

What will you do?

  • Align delivery strategies with business objectives across tech and business leadership.
  • Guide agile transformation and strategic outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives using Agile and DevOps.
  • Build collaborative, empowered teams and promote agile values.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication.
  • Oversee portfolio planning, governance, and delivery metrics.
  • Coordinate deployment planning and operational readiness.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and continuous feedback.
  • Ensure risk, compliance, and regulatory standards across SDLC.
  • Optimize resource allocation and support data-driven investment decisions.
  • Promote customer-centricity and value creation.
  • Ensure effective operations aligned with Scotiabank’s values and conduct standards.

    • What do you need?

  • Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in engineering with leadership roles, and a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions in global or multi-regional contexts.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products, as well as Design Thinking, agile methodologies, and a DevOps mindset.
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner), DevOps, or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are considered a plus.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., banking, financial services), with strong understanding of risk, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Strong systems thinking, conflict resolution, effective communication, high execution capacity, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
