Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

Required Knowledge and Experience :

Ability to work Hybrid in Bogota Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of Excel & Word Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of Excel & Word Strong oral and written communication skills with experience interacting with customers and internal business partners. Reliable work ethic and ability to be flexible during high peak times. Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills with proven multi-tasking and change management skills.

Team player who is highly results-oriented and works well with others.Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications) : Experience in a customer-facing role. Working knowledge of Vistex rebate software (Vistex is a module within the broader ERP system of SAP). Experience with MS Access. Work experience cross-functionally partnering with professionals in various disciplines. Ability to track complex issues, maintaining clear notes on progress to enable others to interpret open issue status.Aptitude for quantitative and analytical skills Experience translating large amounts of data into actionable insights and coherent strategies.Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities. Medtronic experience.
