About The Role

As a Global Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle to ensure the achievement of company goals.

  • Achieve assigned sales quota within the designated portfolio and meet profitability expectations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring ongoing performance follow-up for accounts.
  • Drive strong internal project management with key stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology, and Product.
  • Ensure optimal account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service, while developing strategic customer account plans that align with company standards.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in accordance with company benchmarks.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and enhancements, providing valuable feedback to product and sales management.
  • Lead project management for significant account changes, including major new product implementations, business process adjustments, service level modifications, and trade term updates.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities for large-scale payment processing implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery of key deliverables.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Over 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles.
  • Experience in the payments industry is a must.
  • Strong background in forecasting, pricing strategies, and account profitability reviews to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Advanced English level, both written and verbal.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bogota, D.C., with the option for some work from home. The Ejecutivo de ventas will identify potential clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and stay updated on industry trends. The role includes preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with the education industry is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with customers to increase access and sales results.
  • Provide feedback to Directors / VPs and the President on marketplace trends, challenges, and product access.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to establish goals and plans to enhance sales results.
  • Navigate gatekeepers effectively during cold calling to access decision-makers.
  • Stay current with database information and reporting.
  • Problem-solve and present advertising account analysis for new clients.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and company presentations.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound / outbound outreach.
  • Requirements

  • Proactive self-starter, motivated to reach and exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and express them clearly
  • Excellent verbal communication for engaging decision-makers during cold calls
  • Confident in presenting ideas and addressing objections
  • Strong listening and questioning skills
  • Recruiting experience is a plus

  • Must be available during normal USA Business Hours.
  • Work hours : Mon-Thu 9 am–6 pm, Fri 9 am–1 pm EST.
