Key Responsibilities
- Develop job requirements in collaboration with line managers
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies; create job advertisements aligned with job descriptions
- Organize and conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role
- Screen résumés and job applications, conducting initial interviews to evaluate applicants' potential
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Advise line managers on final selection and clarify contract terms
Requirements
