The Impact of a Solution Consultant at Coupa :

As a seasoned Solution Consultant you bring experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Procure-to-Invoice deployments, specializing in guiding global enterprises through best practice-driven design, configuration, and implementation of procurement solutions. You will bring deep expertise in purchasing, invoicing, and spend analytics, coupled with strong client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do :

• As a specialist in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) product deployments, your main responsibilities will be in enabling customers in designing, mapping business processes to best practice solutions, configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes.
• You will work with some of the largest companies in the world to guide them in defining the processes they use to manage their Procurement activities.
• Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation solution architecture towards a successful, on-time implementation, taking into consideration Suite Synergy opportunities.
• Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners and customers.
• Create and / or improve implementation templates, best practices, training and presentations and be a champion for their adoption.
• Manage customers where up to 25% of your time may include travel.
