Role : Software Engineer Lead — Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia.
Responsibilities
- Implement and design applications following the development process defined to meet management indicators.
- Follow architecture guidelines during development to maintain consistency.
- Apply software development best practices to deliver applications that meet the needs of the Vice Presidency.
- Identify opportunities for integration and reuse of software components to minimize development times.
- Participate in and complete development programs to develop technical skills for efficient value delivery to the business.

Professional Systems Engineer or related field.5+ years leading initiatives involving more than one technical team.Support in meetings and technical or business decision making with Product (P.O).Assign tasks to the team and track progress, attributing responsibilities.Experience resolving conflicts within or between teams.Submitted at least one proposal for improvement for the overall area or project.Delivers talks and technical workshops to different teams in the area.Participated in time estimates for a project.Shares improvement tactics with other technical leaders.5+ years of work experience.Familiar with different architectural styles.Prepare technical documentation.Ability to identify deadlocks and livelocks.Proficiency in English at B2 level, as you will work with our headquarters in Canada.Seniority level
