Working within a delivery partner setup, this role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunitie.

    Who You Are :

  • A language pro with an intermediate to advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively and grow in a global environment – C1.
  • At least 3 years in sales, account management, or client service roles, with a focus on media experience preferred
  • Assing a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, executive maturity, integrity and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in SEM tool / PPC, and other digital marketing formats like native and display, with a working knowledge of online advertising principles. Plus, a passion in technology developments such as Generative AI.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven campaign optimization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data and create reports to support campaign optimization.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for individual strategic sales, profitable sales growth and meeting targeted monthly and annual goals.
  • Develop business plan to increase and maintain Roha's business in assigned territory and / or accounts
  • Continuously identify new prospects in the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain key accounts assigned
  • Manage any brokers / distributors appointed
  • Manage and coordinate all operational issues with customer care representative assigned to the territory and / or account
  • Make sales presentation to direct accounts or accounts of brokers, distributors or other sales reps working in the territory
  • Gather data regarding competition and market intelligence
  • Manage all trade shows, presentations or other marketing events within the assigned territory
  • Any and all other activities required to effectively develop and maintain the assigned territory
  • Maintaining and enhancing the culture and core values of ROHA.

    Client Support and Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and independents, providing support and resolving any issues they may face.
  • Onboarding and Guidance

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and new employees, ensuring they understand the services, processes, and benefits of wage portage.
  • Provide guidance and support to new employees in administrative, legal, and financial aspects related to their employment status.
  • Contract and Compliance Management

  • Oversee the preparation and management of contracts between the new employees, clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Actively work to resolve disputes or conflicts that may arise between employees, clients, and Amaris in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of disputes and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
