Overview

We are looking for a results-driven leader to drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes. This role will align cross-functional teams through monthly planning cycles, develop data-driven insights, and foster supply chain transformation through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly IBP cycle (demand, supply, finance, operations), ensuring analytics and insights drive improvement.
  • Provide data analysis and storytelling to support collaboration, monitoring, and communication of plans.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure integration with business goals.
  • Develop and track KPI s to measure planning effectiveness and process improvements.
  • Use Kinaxis and other advanced planning systems to enable agile, informed decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).

Qualifications

  • Strong data and analytical skills with financial acumen to influence business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning or operations.
  • Proven track record in IBP, Demand Planning and process optimization in complex, global environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma certification, experience in change management and large-scale transformations
