ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Middle People Analytics & Automation Specialist , you’ll transform complex HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic talent decisions while streamlining processes through automation. You’ll collaborate across HR, IT, and Finance teams to build robust data models, dashboards, and workflows, enhancing organizational efficiency and employee experience. This role offers the chance to innovate at the intersection of data, technology, and people in a dynamic, agile environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Data Analysis : Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets. Extract meaningful insights and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Data Modeling : Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models. Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs.
• Data Quality Assurance : Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various datasets. Identify and address data quality issues to maintain data integrity.
• Reporting and Visualization : Design and develop reports and dashboards using Looker Studio (Google). Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Process Analysis : Map existing manual HR processes to identify high-value opportunities for automation.
• Automation Design & Implementation : Develop and deploy automation tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline and optimize HR operations.
• System Integration : Collaborate with IT / Data Engineering to integrate various HR systems and data sources, enabling seamless data flow for reporting and analysis.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
