Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de :

Analyst will be responsible for the strategic alignment and ongoing monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all operational teams. They will provide a uniform approach to performance measurement, tracking metrics such as Bad Orders, Cancel Rate, GMV Lost, and RT NPS. The BI Analyst will lead the project to reduce Bad Orders in Colombia, which aims to achieve a 30% reduction in Q2. This metric is of paramount importance in terms of quality, and it is a strategic focus to reach profitability and provide a unique experience for each user of the application.

  • Data Oversight : The BI Analyst will ensure efficient management of databases, dashboards, and queries, essential for understanding daily and real-time operations.
  • High-Impact Project Involvement : The BI Analyst will translate operational requirements into actionable data for high-impact projects.
  • Decision-Making Support : Leveraging their analytical skills, the BI Analyst will facilitate informed decision-making by providing meaningful data insights.
  • Report Automation : The BI Analyst will streamline information flow by automating reports for various operational forums.
  • Data Tools Training : As a data expert, the BI Analyst will provide training on various data tools used within Rappi (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, Redash).

Business Analyst – Quorum Software

Location : Bogotá, Colombia. Model of Work : Hybrid.

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

  • Support the team in meeting release goals and objectives by actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Outline the requirements for a business capability by gathering and analyzing user needs, translating them into actionable user stories, and prioritizing them in the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to determine the best strategies for building and supporting requested features and functionalities.
  • Generate various types of documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system diagrams.
  • Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software delivery.
  • And other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Azure DevOps dashboards for managing Agile projects and tracking progress.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and practices is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

    Business Analyst – General Responsibilities

    Job responsibilities :

  • Collect and integrate data to develop a comprehensive understanding of business performance.
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Design and develop impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Provide insights to leaders to guide business decisions related to strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements.
  • Track and report on KPIs ensuring that data reflects progress toward strategic goals.
  • Leverage historical data and industry insights to forecast future trends and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data tasks and streamline workflows.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a data analysis role.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • English advanced level (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Excel, Power Point or similar.
  • Results‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Strong time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
