- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies.
- Manage hiring processes and conduct proactive talent searches.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
- Report and review payroll changes.
- Manage the payment of additional benefits and social security contributions.
- Address and resolve HR-related employee inquiries.
- Prepare and update HR legal documentation.
- Maintain employee and former employee records.
- Identify and correct potential legal or compliance issues.
- Select and negotiate with HR service providers.
- Manage visas and expatriate hiring, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.
- Evaluate probationary periods and monitor performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with SENA training quotas.
Perfil buscado (h / m)
Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with 3 years of experience in payroll review, reporting updates, and personnel selection.
Qué Ofrecemos
