• Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies.
• Manage hiring processes and conduct proactive talent searches.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
• Report and review payroll changes.
• Manage the payment of additional benefits and social security contributions.
• Address and resolve HR-related employee inquiries.
• Prepare and update HR legal documentation.
• Maintain employee and former employee records.
• Identify and correct potential legal or compliance issues.
• Select and negotiate with HR service providers.
• Manage visas and expatriate hiring, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.
• Evaluate probationary periods and monitor performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SENA training quotas.

Perfil buscado (h / m)

Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with 3 years of experience in payroll review, reporting updates, and personnel selection.

Qué Ofrecemos
