WHAT YOU WILL DO :

As Strategic Asset Manager, you will support and optimize our client / 's hardware asset management program across Canada and LATAM. You will ensure end-user devices are efficiently tracked, supported, and managed throughout their lifecycle.

You will also serve as a global float, providing flexible support to other regions as needed to maintain continuity and operational excellence in our hardware asset ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle—including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning—for Canada and LATAM regions.
• Maintain real-time, accurate inventory records across asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Kandji, WorkspaceOne).
• Support regional logistics coordination, vendor interactions, and hardware delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure asset operations align with budget, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Conduct periodic audits, reconciliation activities, and reporting to support data integrity and compliance goals.
• Act as a global float, assisting teams in EMEA, APAC, or other regions during peak periods, coverage gaps, or special initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement efforts to streamline asset workflows and enhance operational efficiency across regions.
