What you will do

1. Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and execute the product strategy for the Analytics and Indices Business Units;
2. Conduct research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that products deliver maximum value and usability;

3. Define and manage the product roadmap for analytics and index products, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.

4. Product Development & Execution :

5. Work closely with quant, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and enhance data-driven products;

6. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality execution;

7. Stay updated on industry regulations and security best practices within the cryptocurrency index space;

8. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize blockchain data collection and market data structuring.

9. Stakeholder & Team Management :

10. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture;

11. Act as the bridge between product, technology, and revenue teams to ensure strategic alignment;

12. Regularly communicate product roadmaps, updates, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.

13. Performance & Market Analysis :

14. Define success metrics and track product performance using data-driven insights;

15. Analyze client feedback, competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the crypto space;

16. Identify opportunities for new data integrations across multiple blockchains and financial institutions.

Must haves

1. 3+ years of experience in Product Management in blockchain, fintech, or data products;

2. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency indices, financial data analytics, and risk assessment models;

3. Experience with DeFi protocols, blockchain data collection, and on-chain analytics;

4. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive product execution;

5. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making;

6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;

Nice to haves

1. Financial background, particularly in trading, market data, or risk management;

2. Experience with DeFi ecosystems, on-chain oracles, and blockchain indexing solutions;

3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and data infrastructure;

4. Understanding of compliance and security regulations in crypto financial products.
