GEODIS Colombia is hiring a Continuous Improvement Leader!

If you are passionate about transforming logistics operations, driving a Lean culture, and leading impactful strategic projects, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements include :

5 years of experience in logistics operations / international trade (import & export)
3 years leading Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Advanced English (B2–C1)
Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities :

Lead the adoption and enhancement of the Lean culture across the organization.

Design and manage continuous improvement projects in logistics operations.

Ensure process optimization, KPI performance, and operational efficiency.

Train teams and promote best practices throughout operations.

Deliver tangible results in improvements and foster innovation in the logistics chain.

Be the driving force behind cultural and operational transformation at GEODIS by implementing Lean practices that enhance efficiency and create value across the logistics chain.
