Are you ready to take the next step in your logistics career? At Lean Solutions Group, we’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Colombia (100% on-site). What you’ll do :

Monitor and report on shipment status, ensuring visibility at every stage of the logistics process.
Manage documentation required to complete logistics activities across air, ocean, and ground transportation.
Handle logistics-related calls and provide excellent customer support.
Meet and exceed goals and expectations set by clients and supervisors.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.

What we’re looking for :

At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Logistics, or Administrative tasks.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and active listening.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to different operational needs.
