Role Summary
High-leverage closer role. You will stop the daily revenue bleed, cut first-response time from 23 minutes to 2 minutes, and convert qualified demand at scale. You partner tightly with the Revenue Lead and CEO. Coordinators who only “manage” will not survive here. We want doers who wield AI, diagnose pipeline friction in real time, and own the number. (Tactical Acquisition & Tactical Assignments—TATA—all day.)
Responsibilities
- Crush response time : Drive median first-response from 23 : 00 → ≤2 : 00 by Week 3.
- Lift conversion : Hold ≥70% conversion on qualified inbound inquiries by Day 60.
- Recover leakage : Win back 20+ percentage points of qualified revenue currently lost to slow replies by Quarter 1.
- Personalize at scale : Deploy AI-assisted offers / scripts to boost quote-to-book rate +15% within 30 days.
- Outbound pounces : Run proactive follow-ups on high-intent leads to cut abandonment by 40% in 60 days.
- A / B offers : Test price / packaging / urgency angles to raise ADR-adjusted conversion without discount addiction.
- Escalate with judgment : Step in as human closer when bots stall—salvage ≥30% of AI-stuck threads.
- Pipeline hygiene : Keep CRM fields 100% accurate; no ghost leads, no stale statuses. Zero tolerance for slippage.
- Scoreboard clarity : Publish your daily SLA, qualified conversion, recovered revenue, and pipeline—impossible to hide.
- Prompt engineering : Improve assistant prompts weekly; reduce bot handoff rate −25% by Day 45.

2–5 years in high-velocity inbound sales / reservations or similar (travel, hospitality, SaaS, contact-center sales).Flawless English (near-native) in voice and writing.
