Banks Analyst

Evaluate banking aspects within the organizational structure. Through meticulous analysis and rigorous compliance controls, this role ensures the accurate and timely recording of all transactions related to bank accounts, contributing to the organization's financial stability and guaranteeing the operational efficiency of the process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger and accurately record required transactions to maintain financial data accuracy and effectively resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide detailed reports on cash status, bank transactions, and other relevant indicators to visualize the state of bank transactions and facilitate liquidity management.
  • Ensure that all transactions within assigned processes comply with internal policies and local and international regulations to mitigate risks and ensure the organization operates within legal and ethical parameters.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve better resource utilization.
  • Execute the monthly financial closing activities focused on cash and bank operations, ensuring all financial postings are made in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements :

  • Professional or final-semester student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related careers.
  • Less than one year of total experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in financial or accounting roles.
  • Financial Analytical Skills.
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary : $3.000.000 COP Language bonus (B2 Level) : $517.000 COP
  • 4 extra-legal bonuses per year, equivalent to one monthly salary each.
