As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be providing technical support to customers, answering basic to complex questions on functions related to our software products.

Minimum requirements :
Studies : Bacheloo¡'rs degree in Systems, Computers, Electronics, Software or any other tech-related degree
Experience : At least 1 year of experience with Freight Brokerages, Logistics, TMS, SAAS-based applications, or related.
Knowledge : Servers / computer hardware and software, MS Office Applications and Internet browsers. Passion for digging into problems and finding the root cause of issues, and knowing how to manage and exceed a customer's expectations.
Language : Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is required.
Perks :
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m . F ollowing the US Calendar.
Contract : Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location : This position will be 100% remote only for Colombia .
Salary : Entry salary de $4.635.750 y luego a los 6 meses $5.184.900
