About the Company

Our client is a U.S.-based real estate company that helps large businesses find specific types of properties — often before they’re listed for sale.

They work with clients in logistics, retail, infrastructure, and other industries that need land or buildings in key locations. The team identifies properties that match what the client needs, then reaches out to the owners with potential offers.

You’ll help by doing the research that powers this work.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support real estate projects by researching locations and gathering key data. Your job is to find properties that meet certain criteria, identify who owns them, and collect accurate contact information.

You will :

Use maps, satellite view, and public databases to find properties that meet client requirements

Review details like size, location, zoning, and use

Look up ownership information — individuals, LLCs, or other entities

Find reliable contact details using online search tools and records

Keep everything organized in shared files or tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable

Share your findings with the outreach team who will take the next step

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent, focused work with a clear process.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need experience in real estate — but you should enjoy research, be comfortable using digital tools, and take pride in getting the details right.

You might be a good fit if you :

  • You’re fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • You’re confident navigating public records, legal databases, and search tools
  • Have experience doing research, admin work, or information sourcing
  • Are comfortable using Google Maps and spreadsheets
  • You know how to find answers when the path isn’t obvious
  • You stay focused through repetitive tasks, but you think critically when things don’t match
  • You take pride in clean, accurate, well-documented work
  • You’re comfortable working independently and owning your workflow

Bonus Points

  • Experience with legal, property, or business research
  • Familiarity with sourcing, lead gen, or due diligence work
  • Background in investigative journalism, real estate support, or paralegal tasks
  • Comfort using Google Sheets, Notion, or research databases
  • Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll play a key role in unlocking real-world opportunities

Your work directly fuels deal-making — no fluff, no filler

You’ll have freedom to work independently and improve the process

You’ll be part of a lean, efficient team that values your input

You'll sharpen your research skills every day while doing focused, valuable work

    What You’ll Get

1,200–$1,800 USD / month , depending on experience

Fully remote , open to candidates based in Latin America (Argentina, Colombia, Bolivia preferred)

Flexible hours , with consistent weekday availability expected

Steady work, clear goals, and autonomy

Payment via Wise or U.S. bank transfer

    Ready to apply?

If you enjoy focused work and like solving research puzzles, this might be a great match.
