Organizational Change Management Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze change impacts and learning needs to develop Organizational Change Management (OCM) deliverables, including business engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and lessons learned
• Coordinate and manage training logistics and delivery for large organizations (8,000+ employees), ensuring high-quality execution
• Interface with stakeholders to assess change impacts and learning requirements
• Identify potential people / behavior-related risks to project success (e.g., points of resistance) and plan interventions to mitigate them
• Ensure all impacted audiences are prepared for upcoming technology and process changes
• Support effective behavior change to meet project objectives
• Create and deliver effective business engagement, communications, and training deliverables according to the OCM plan
• Report on progress, risks, and issue management with appropriate mitigation strategies
