We are looking for a Foreign Trade Analyst to support our TLAC Logistics & Warehouse team in Bogotá. This role is responsible for managing import and export processes, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Support local and international purchasing operations for sales.
- Manage import / export processes for medical devices.
- Coordinate with third parties (suppliers, customs agents, forwarders) to optimize time and cost.
- Monitor and control in-transit inventory and product discrepancies.
- Register nationalized products in ERP systems and support cost allocation.
- Communicate directly with manufacturing plants to track orders and resolve claims.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with customs and internal procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.Minimum 4 years of experience in foreign trade, logistics or customer service, with at least 3 years in import operations.Advanced ERP system skills (preferably JD Edwards or SAP) and strong Excel proficiency.Intermediate English (written : 70%, spoken : 50%).Strong organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills.Customer focus and process optimization.Accountability and resilience.Innovation and continuous improvement.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trust.Seniority level
