Main Objective

The Indexing Team Leader will effectively assist the Indexing Specialists team in organizing and managing Accounts Payable documents to ensure they are easily accessible and accurately recorded. The Indexing Team Leader must ensure all invoices are indexed adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain the highest standards of quality while delivering a positive experience for the client.

Scope : NAM (USA / Canada / Mexico)

Specific tasks

• Manage the Indexing process and supervise Indexing staff.
• Oversee Data Management : Ensure accurate and timely entry of accounts payable data into the accounting system, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• Streamline Document Organization : Develop and enforce efficient indexing and categorization protocols for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to facilitate quick retrieval.
• Foster Cross-Department Collaboration : Coordinate with the accounts payable team and other departments to optimize workflows and ensure seamless invoice processing and payment execution.
• Drive Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and refine accounts payable processes, implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate reports and evaluate metrics to drive team performance.
