As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll help plan and execute email and SMS campaigns for multiple marketing projects.
What You’ll Do
- Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
- Set up and maintain automated flows with testing and QA.
- Help create briefs and content calendars from strategy notes.
- Pull and organize performance reports and flag insights.
- Track deliverables and deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
Tools You’ll Use
Klaviyo, Postscript / Attentive, Shopify, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, and Figma. (Bonus if you’re familiar with subscription tools like Recharge or Stay.ai.)Requirements
1-3+ years in email / SMS marketing (agency or DTC brand).C1 English fluency or equivalent.Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify required.Strong communication and organization skills.Comfortable working across multiple projects and time zones.Proactive, reliable, and eager to grow.Benefits
