Overview
This is a strategic leadership position combining commercial responsibilities with team management. You will be part of a high-growth business unit focused on fraud, identity, and financial crime solutions. Your mission is to lead the Pre-Sales team, providing technical and strategic expertise to design impactful solutions, strengthen client relationships, and maximize the value of our data, software, and analytics offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the LATAM Pre-Sales team to exceed revenue targets and deliver high-value client solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in fraud, identity, and financial crime across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and sector leads to drive client engagement and opportunity generation.
- Facilitate consultative workshops and discovery sessions to identify client pain points and design tailored solutions.
- Support deal closure through strategic input on pricing, commercial models, and proposal development.
- Monitor and forecast sales performance, consolidating financial reports and insights.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, contributing thought leadership through articles, white papers, and speaking engagements.
- Provide internal expertise and contribute to upskilling initiatives across business units.
- Support product strategy with market insights, client feedback, and innovation proposals.
- Coordinate data trials, proof of concepts, and analytical studies to demonstrate solution value.
- Deep expertise in fraud, identity, and financial crime, including regulations, innovations, and market trends.
- Proven experience in sales / pre-sales leadership and consultative solutioning for complex offerings.
