Job Description

Position Summary

The Strategic Program Director is responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple global strategic initiatives that support the long-term vision of the organization. This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and change management to deliver measurable outcomes across complex, cross‑functional programs. The Director will define program strategy and governance, lead execution, and manage stakeholder engagement at all levels—including SVP-level Executive Sponsors. As a change agent, the Director will foster vertical and horizontal alignment to drive transformation and ensure successful delivery of program milestones and objectives.

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with leaders, including SVP-level Executive Sponsors for assigned initiatives to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with the organization’s vision and business objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to execute key initiatives and workstreams.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance operational and client‑facing capabilities across products, services, and solutions relevant to assigned initiatives.
• Lead global cross‑functional teams to accelerate outcomes through innovative strategies, process improvements, automation, and adoption of advanced technologies.

Work Hours : Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 5‑10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
