About the job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide development efforts on a project. This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success and steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed.

Strong understanding of Node.js development and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential. The role involves adapting to a modular development pattern and building on top of the Holepunch peer-to-peer stack for our projects. Prior experience with peer-to-peer stacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and plan day-to-day development activities.
• Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
• Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.
• Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.
• Drive improvements in process and practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
