Descripción del trabajoLaw degree from an accredited university in Colombia 2 years of relevant legal experience (in-house or law firm), preferably in commercial, corporate, or contract law Proven experience drafting or reviewing contracts and corporate documents Familiarity with basic corporate compliance procedures Interest or prior exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory frameworks (e.g. INVIMA, health regulations) is a strong plus Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under supervision Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements (services, confidentiality, purchase, etc.)
- Support corporate governance tasks, including drafting board / shareholder resolutions, updating corporate records, and coordinating with external legal advisors and public authorities
- Assist in employment law matters such as reviewing employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and workplace policy updates
- Support compliance initiatives, including internal policy implementation, legal research, and monitoring regulatory changes
- Help ensure legal and regulatory compliance with applicable laws impacting the pharmaceutical industry in Colombia
- Prepare bilingual (Spanish–English) legal documents, reports, and formal communications
- Coordinate document filing, registrations, and legal correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders
