In this role, you'll also begin to contribute to the development process by participating in code reviews and offering guidance to junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Help execute the engineering deliverables, under limited guidance & supervision.
• Adhere to continuous improvement in software development practices and processes.
• Work closely with senior engineering resources and management to remove technical roadblocks, and participate in code reviews with more senior engineers
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product management, design, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of the product.
• Participate and potentially drive cross-functional initiatives and foster strong relationships to optimize collaboration and efficiency.
