Responsibilities

  • Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, enhancing usability, quality, and features.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines.
  • Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and automate build and deployment processes to improve engineer efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience with technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer with React.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer with Java.
  • High proficiency in Typescript.
  • Experience with modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
  • Knowledge or experience with microservices architecture.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.

  • Experience building software in the cloud.
  • AI-assisted development experience with tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
