Overview

Job Title : GTM Automation Engineer (Outbound & Enrichment Focus)

Location : Remote – Latin America Preferred

Type of Contract : Full-Time

Salary Range : Market Rates

Language Requirements : Intermediate English (written and verbal)

We are seeking a skilled GTM Automation Engineer with deep expertise in outbound automation and data enrichment using Clay. You will play a key role in building and optimizing lead-generation pipelines that power our Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting teams. Your work will directly impact prospecting efficiency, outreach performance, and overall pipeline quality.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and scale Clay-based enrichment pipelines to generate high-quality outbound leads
Design automated GTM workflows in n8n that connect Clay, Dripify, and CRMs (Recruiterflow, HubSpot)
Integrate Clay outputs with Dripify sequences to enable personalized, scalable outreach
Use Apify actors for supplemental web scraping when Clay data is incomplete or unavailable
Monitor outreach performance (open rates, reply rates, conversion) with custom dashboards and alerts
Continuously test and refine workflows to boost deliverability and engagement
Troubleshoot and resolve failures across enrichment and delivery processes
Implement robust data validation, error handling, and retry logic
Document workflows and create clear runbooks for cross-functional teams
Train Sales and Recruiting staff on how to leverage automated outbound systems effectively

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience using Clay (or similar tools) for lead enrichment and outbound targeting

Proven ability to build and manage outreach flows in Dripify (or comparable tools)

Strong JavaScript / Node.js skills for scripting within n8n and Apify

Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON structures

Experience syncing lead data between CRMs, enrichment platforms, and outreach tools

Ability to work independently and communicate technical processes to non-technical teams

Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SEO concepts and basic audit tooling

Experience with WordPress APIs or minor theme / plugin development

Exposure to conversation intelligence tools like Fireflies.ai

Background in SaaS or recruiting automation

Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, or other data privacy regulations
